STUDI PEMETAAN SISTEMATIS PERUBAHAN ORGANISASI

Abstrak


Organizational change needs to be done in line with technological developments and changes in the environment. The aim is to modify procedures, systems, structures, responsibilities, and skills. The need for technology and the importance of employee training are currently important topics in managing organizational change. . This article aims to classify, identify scientific publications, and carry out a thematic analysis of the latest literature to create an extensive and detailed understanding of organizational change. The research method used is a systematic mapping study (SMS) to examine scientific publications produced over time, types of research, and methods. The SMS procedure follows established empirical guidelines and mapping data relies on the Scopus electronic database. Based on the results of the SMS it is known that 313 research meet the inclusion criteria. We classified 313 articles based on paper type, method, focus, locus, and year of publication. Then, the categorization and quantification of current studies are generated on various dimensions, topic summaries, and current research trends.


Organizational change perlu dilakukan sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan pada lingkungan. Tujuannya adalah untuk memodifikasi prosedur, sistem, struktur, tanggung jawab, dan keterampilan. Kebutuhan teknologi dan pentingnya pelatihan karyawan saat ini menjadi topik penting dalam pengelolaan perubahan organisasi.  Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan, mengidentifikasi publikasi-publikasi ilmiah, dan melakukan analisis tematik terhadap literatur terkini guna menciptakan pemahaman yang ekstensif dan terperinci pada organizational change. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu systematic mapping study (SMS) untuk menelaah publikasi ilmiah yang dihasilkan dari waktu ke waktu, fokus, lokus, jenis penelitian yang paling banyak diselidiki, juga metode penelitian yang paling banyak digunakan. Prosedur SMS mengikuti panduan empiris yang telah mapan dan data pemetaan mengandalkan database elektronik scopus. Berdasarkan hasil SMS terhadap penelitian di bidang perubahan organisasi diketahui bahwa terdapat 313 penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Kami mengklasifikasikan 313 artikel pada area topik dengan kategori jenis paper, metode, fokus, lokus, dan tahun pbulikasi penelitan. Kemudian, kategorisasi dan kuantifikasi studi saat ini dihasilkan pada berbagai dimensi, ringkasan topik, dan tren penelitian saat ini.
