INTEGRASI DIGITALISASI PANEN DAN MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK TERHADAP EFISIENSI OPERASIONAL DAN KINERJA FINANSIAL PERKEBUNAN KELAPA SAWIT (STUDI KASUS PT MUSTIKA SEMBULUH)

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh integrasi digitalisasi panen dan sistem manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management/SCM) terhadap efisiensi operasional serta dampaknya pada kinerja finansial perkebunan kelapa sawit di PT Mustika Sembuluh. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada masih ditemukannya keterlambatan pencatatan panen, potensi ketidakakuratan data, dan inefisiensi distribusi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) ke pabrik, yang berdampak pada kualitas informasi operasional dan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research terhadap 120 responden, dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi panen dan SCM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional. Selanjutnya, efisiensi operasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja finansial. Digitalisasi panen dan SCM juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja finansial, serta efisiensi operasional terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja finansial. Model penelitian memiliki kemampuan penjelasan dan prediksi yang baik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi digitalisasi panen dan pengelolaan rantai pasok yang efektif merupakan faktor strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperkuat kinerja finansial perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of integrating harvest digitalization and Supply Chain Management (SCM) on operational efficiency and their implications for the financial performance of an oil palm plantation at PT Mustika Sembuluh. The research is motivated by persistent operational issues, including delays in harvest recording, potential data inaccuracies, and inefficiencies in the distribution of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to the mill, which undermine the quality of operational information and firm performance. A quantitative explanatory design was employed involving 120 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that both harvest digitalization and SCM have positive and significant effects on operational efficiency. Operational efficiency, in turn, has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Harvest digitalization and SCM also exert direct effects on financial performance, while operational efficiency significantly mediates these relationships. The model demonstrates good explanatory and predictive power. These findings highlight that integrating harvest digitalization with effective supply chain management is a strategic lever to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the financial performance of oil palm plantation companies.
