Tren riset teori agenda setting dan health communication: Analisis bibliometrik

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Penelitian terkait teori agenda setting dan komunikasi kesehatan mengalami perkembangan. Hal itu terjadi karena pentingnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap isu-isu mengenai kesehatan. Teori agenda setting menjelaskan bagaimana media dapat membentuk persepsi masyarakat terhadap berbagai masalah kesehatan seperti penyakit ataupun gaya hidup sehat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui tren penggunaan teori agenda setting dalam lingkup komunikasi kesehatan. Metode: Analisis bibliometrik menggunakan database Scopus sebanyak 168 artikel dengan kata kunci “Agenda Setting” AND “Health Communication” dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir (2015 – 2025). Aplikasi Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer digunakan penulis untuk menghasilkan data visual terkait teori agenda setting dan health communication. Hasil: berdasarkan analisis bibliometrik, tren tahun penelitian yang mengandung kata kunci “Agenda Setting” AND “Health Communication” di Scopus meningkat signifikan pada tahun 2021 sampai 2022 karena dipengaruhi oleh isu Covid-19. Selain itu, diperoleh data terkait top ten cited articles, top ten author, afiliasi, negara, serta keywords map. Analisis co-occurrence network menunjukan bahwa "komunikasi kesehatan" menjadi kata kunci utama yang diikuti oleh kesehatan publik, kebijakan kepedulian terhadap kesehatan dan komunikasi interpersonal. Limitasi dalam riset ini, hanya menggunakan dua kata kunci, yaitu “Agenda Setting” AND “Health Communication”. Penelitian ke depan bisa dilakukan dengan menganalisis publikasi yang menggunakan teori “Agenda Setting” dengan gabungan kata kunci atau isu lainnya. Selain itu, penelitian lanjutan juga bisa dilakukan dengan memperinci wilayah negara tempat publikasi dilakukan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap analisis terkait teori agenda setting dan health communication.
