Penggunaan Monomer Asam Itakonat pada Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP)

Abstrak


Molecularly Imprinted Polymer(MIP) merupakan polimer yang dapat mengenali sisi pengenalmolekul targetnya. Aplikasi MIP telah banyak digunakan, antara lain untuk identifikasi antibiotik, pemurnian obat, analisis lingkungan dan makanan. Parameter yang menentukan sifat MIP salah satunya adalah jenis monomer yang digunakan sehingga pemilihannya harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati. Metode yang dapat digunakan dalam penentuan monomer yaitu metode komputasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat nilai binding energymonomer asam itakonat terhadap berbagai templateyang digunakan pada pembuatan MIP. Berdasarkan hasil review, monomer asam itakonat dapat digunakan untuk templateglibenklamid, andrografolid, deoxynivanelol, MC-LR, dan endotoksin.
