Review Artikel: Aplikasi Mikrokristalin Selulosa Dalam Farmasetik
Abstrak
Mikrokristalin selulosa telah digunakan secara luas sebagai eksipien dalam sediaan farmasetik. Mikrokristalin selulosa mempunyai gugus hidroksil bebas, sifat plastisitas baik, eksipien yang tidak reaktif, mengalir bebas, serba guna, mempunyai kepadatan bulk yang rendah dan memiliki sifat pelumasan yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan tablet. Review ini akan memaparkan aplikasi mikrokristalin selulosa dalam bidang farmasetika dengan menggunakan metode komparatif dari berbagai sumber yang didapat dari berbagai jumlah penelitian dengan jumlah 34 jurnal penelitian. Hasil review ini menyatakan bahwa mikrokristalin selulosa sebagai eksipien dalam bidang farmasetik dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengikat, sebagai lubrikan, dan pengisi/diluen.
