SIMULASI MOLECULAR DOCKING DAN MOLECULAR DYNAMICS SENYAWA AKTIF TERHADAP NEURAMINIDASE DARI INFLUENZA
Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Influenza merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi virus yang menyerang sistem pernafasan. Oseltamivir merupakan antiviral golongan inhibitor neuraminidase yang dapat menghambat proses penyebaran virus dengan berikatan dengan sisi aktif dari neuraminisase. Munculnya beberapa kasus resistensi oseltamivir dikarenakan adanya mutasi pada urutan asam amino virus. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan obat alternatif untuk mengatasi penyakit yang disebabkan virus influenza. Beberapa penelitian telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan molecular docking dan molecular dynamics dalam proses pencarian obat baru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asam ganoderat, witaferin A, flavonoid, turunan carvone, turunan asam tiazolidin-4-karboksilat, asam klorogenat, dan violaksantin memiliki potensi yang baik sebagai inhibtor neuraminidase dari virus influenza.
