REVIEW ARTIKEL : PENGUJIAN BERBAGAI AKTIVITAS EKSTRAK AIR ROSELLA SECARA IN VITRO (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.)
Abstrak
Tanaman Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) merupakan tumbuhan yang banyak dijumpai di berbagai negara dan salah satunya yaitu di Indonesia. Tujuan dilakukan review ini yaitu untuk mengetahui lebih dalam mengenai berbagai aktivitas dari ekstrak air rosella dengan pengujian secara in vitro. Ekstrak air rosella lebih sering digunakan dibanding ekstrak etanol rosella. Aktivitas ekstrak air rosella yang telah ditemukan secara in vitro yaitu neuroprotektif, antioksidan, antidiabetes, penghambat melanoma, antibakteri, antihipertensi, respon imun, penghambat adipogenesis, penghambat apoptosis dan modulasi produksi MCP-1.
