PENGGUNAAN HEAT SHOCK PROTEIN 90 (HSP90) DENGAN RADIONUKLIDA 64Cu, 18F, dan 89Zr UNTUK KANKER OVARIUM : REVIEW JURNAL

Abstrak


Kanker ovarium adalah penyebab utama kelima kematian terkait kanker pada wanita. Pada sel-sel kanker terjadi peningkatan aktivitas HSP90, sehingga penargetan molekular dijadikan konsep utama dalam pengobatan kanker dan penghambat Hsp90 disarankan sebagai obat antikanker yang menjanjikan. Penargetan molekular dapat menggunakan radioisotop cuprum-64 (t1/2 = 12,7 jam), flourin-18 (t1/2 = 110 menit) dan zirkonium-89 (t1/2 = 3,71 hari). Tujuan dilakukannya review ini adalah untuk mengetahui radiotracers yang dapat digunakan untuk pencitraan kanker ovarium dengan inhibitor HSP90.
