ARTIKEL REVIEW: TERAPI SUPORTIF UNTUK PASIEN TERKONFIRMASI COVID-19

Abstrak


Pada Desember 2019, terdapat laporan terkait kasus pneumonia baru. Setelah dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut, diketahui penyebab kasus pneumonia baru adalah novel coronavirus. Virus yang menyebabkan sindrom pernafasan akut yang parah ini kemudian dinamakan Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) oleh World Health Organization. COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang menjadi darurat kesehatan masyarakat dan menjadi perhatian publik internasional. Hal ini diakibatkan oleh penyebaran penyakit yang meluas di Cina hingga ke seluruh  dunia. Tujuan dari review artikel ini adalah untuk membahas lebih lanjut mengenai penyakit COVID-19. Pembahasan terdiri dari penjelasan mengenai pengertian, gejala, diagnosa, klasifikasi klinis, terapi farmakologi dan terapi suportif yang dapat dilakukan untuk menunjang kesembuhan pasien.
