Instrumen Monitoring Pasien Dalam Terapi Warfarin

Abstrak

Warfarin merupakan salah satu obat antikoagulan oral dengan indeks terapi sempit yang biasa digunakan dalam pengobatan penyakit kardiovaskular. Dalam penggunaannya, warfarin memerlukan perhatian lebih karena dapat berinteraksi dengan obat-obatan lain, alkohol serta  makanan. Warfarin juga memiliki efek samping seperti perdarahan dan tromboembolisme. Review artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas instrumen yang digunakan dalam monitoring penggunaan warfarin pada pasien rawat jalan serta mengetahui aspek penilaian dan monitoring. Pencarian data bersumber dari database PubMed dan google scholar pada rentang waktu tahun 2010 hingga 2020 dengan kata kunci pencarian monitoring, quality of life, patient, warfarin, therapy. 16 studi diidentifikasi dari 129 studi yang ditemukan dalam rentang waktu publikasi 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelusuran menunjukan bahwa instrumen yang paling umum digunakan dalam monitoring adalah kuesioner yang bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan, kualitas hidup, dan kepatuhan pasien selama menggunakan warfarin. Instrumen kuesioner yang paling banyak digunakan untuk monitoring pasien dalam terapi warfarin ialah duke anticoagulant satisfaction scale (DASS) dan short form-36 (SF-36) karena kuesioner tersebut memiliki domain spesifik untuk mengukur dampak positif dan negatif, serta kualitas hidup pasien.
