Terapi Herbal dan Alternatif pada Flu Ringan atau ISPA non-spesifik

Abstrak

Common cold, atau Infeksi saluran pernapasan atas (ISPA) non spesifik atau “flu biasa” merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus dan menyerang saluran pernapasan atas (hidung). Pengobatan awal penyakit ini lebih sering menggunakan obat-obat simptomatis (mengatasi gejala awal) yang bisa dibeli bebas di apotek atau toko obat yang terdiri dari analgesik (anti nyeri) dan antipiretik (penurun panas) sederhana. Terapi non-farmakologi atau terapi tanpa obat yang bisa dilakukan untuk menyembuhkan gejala awal Common Cold. Beberapa jenis herbal atau tanaman juga telah banyak diteliti memiliki manfaat untuk mengatasi gejala awal pada Common Cold.
