Pendampingan Konsultasi Perencanaan Pembangunan Komplek Peternakan Terpadu di Desa Cibanten Pangandaran sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Stunting

Abstract


Program ini mengkaji implementasi dan potensi dampak dari pembangunan komplek peternakan terpadu di Desa Cibanten, Pangandaran, sebagai strategi untuk pencegahan stunting, sebuah masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan analitis yang menggabungkan analisis SWOT dan Balanced scorecard, studi ini mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman terkait dengan inisiatif ini, serta mengidentifikasi strategi untuk meningkatkan keamanan pangan dan status gizi di komunitas. Program ini menyoroti bagaimana keanekaragaman hayati lokal dan pengetahuan tradisional, ketika dikombinasikan dengan praktik pertanian berkelanjutan dan teknologi modern, dapat membentuk dasar untuk peningkatan produksi pangan dan diversifikasi diet yang pada akhirnya dapat mencegah stunting. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan peternakan terpadu dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap keamanan pangan dan gizi komunitas, sekaligus menawarkan manfaat sosial ekonomi melalui peningkatan kesejahteraan petani dan penciptaan peluang kerja. Program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pemerintah lokal, pembuat kebijakan, dan organisasi pembangunan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi pencegahan stunting yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini mengusulkan bahwa pendekatan holistik dan berbasis masyarakat merupakan kunci untuk mengatasi masalah stunting di Indonesia, dengan memberikan model yang dapat direplikasi untuk intervensi serupa di wilayah lain.
