STUDI KORELASI STRUKTUR TERHADAP SUHU TRANSISI SUPERKONDUKTOR DOPING ELEKTRON Eu2-xCexCuO4+α-δ

Abstrak


Superkonduktor doping elektron Eu2-xCexCuO4+α-δ telah berhasil disintesis dengan konsentrasi doping Ce x = 0.10 dan x = 0.15 untuk mempelajari hubungan antara struktur kristal dengan sifat fisis pada sistem superkonduktor berbasis cuprate. Dilakukan karakterisasi X-Ray Diffraction untuk mempelajari struktur kristal, dan pengukuran resistivitas dilakukan untuk mengamati adanya gejala superkonduktivitas pada bahan. Nilai parameter kisi c dan panjang ikatan Eu-O2 menurun seiring dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi doping, akibat adanya penggantian sebagian atom Eu oleh atom Ce. Penurunan nilai panjang ikatan Eu-O2 berkorelasi dengan niali Tc yang dihasilkan pada superkonduktor doping elektron Eu2-xCexCuO4+α-δ.
