Digitalisasi Logistik Dalam Mendukung Kinerja E-Logistic Di Era Digital: A Literature Review

Abstrak


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana logistic digitalization

mendukung keberhasilan e-logistic di era digital. Metote yang digunakan adalah melalui

literature review berbagai sumber data dan informasi yang relevan dengan variabel penelitian

ini. Hasil studi pada berbagai penelitian yang membahas terkait logistic digitalization dan elogistic

menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi logistik melalui aktivitas perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan

pengendalian aliran barang atau jasa dan informasi dalam format digital terbukti dapat

mendukung kinerja e-logistic pada aspek efisiensi, efektivitas dan diferensiasi. Beberapa peluang

yang diberikan dari implementasi digitalisasi logistik pada kinerja e-logistic adalah kecepatan dan

keandalan yang lebih baik. Tantangan yang harus diperhatikan yaitu serangan siber, data rusak,

peraturan keselamatan, skalabilitas kerangka kerja dan integritas pada informasi.
