Hubungan Konflik Kerja-Keluarga dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Pekerja yang Menjalani Hubungan Pernikahan Jarak Jauh
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara konflik kerja-keluarga dan kesejahteraan psikologis pada pekerja yang sedang menjalani hubungan pernikahan jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Total subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 105 orang yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Work-Family Conflict Scale dan Psychological Well-Being Scale. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Uji regresi juga memperkuat dinamika hubungan antara keduanya. Keempat dimensi dari konflik kerja-keluarga juga berhubungan negatif secara signifikan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis. Adapun dimensi konflik keluarga-kerja berbasis waktu menjadi dimensi yang memiliki korelasi paling tinggi dibandingkan ketiga dimensi lainnya. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa individu yang menjalani hubungan pernikahan jarak jauh rentan mengalami konflik kerja-keluarga yang dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketidakhadiran pasangan secara fisik sehingga dukungan untuk mengaktualisasikan diri dalam peran yang dimainkan di dalam keluarga juga semakin minim. Kajian mengenai bentuk dukungan yang paling tepat bagi pasangan yang menjalani pernikahan jarak jauh perlu diteliti lebih lanjut.
