Kajian Jurnalisme, ISSN 2549-0559 (printed), ISSN 2549-1946 (online), published by School of Journalism Faculty of Communication Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran incorporate with Aliansi Jurnalis Independen (AJI). Kajian Jurnalisme’s first edition published in July 2017. In its first edition, Kajian Jurnalisme published in online and printed. By the provision of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (MORTHE)-Kemenristek Dikti, it required that every journal that is published by higher education institutions, must be published in the online form. In the second edition, and afterward, this journal published in a fully online form utilizing the Open Journal System (OJS).
Kajian Jurnalisme is a journal that discusses the discourse of contemporary journalism. Topics and issues addressed within the journal include, but are not limited to, Journalism or Media Content, such as socials, culture, politics, economics, developments, humanitarian and community, science, technology, etc.; Media Management; Audience Research; Media and Society; Data Journalism; Discourse Network Analysis (DNA). Kajian Jurnalisme published twice a year in July and January. In each edition, Kajian Jurnalisme has received an article openly. The article will be reviewed by internal and external editor, at least two reviewers who have related expertise with double-blind peer review.
