PENGUATAN LEMBAGA KEMASYARAKATAN DALAM MEMBANTU TUGAS PEMERINTAHAN DI KAMPUNG MUKIM SINGKIR YAN KEDAH, MALAYSIA
Abstrak
Kebutuhan dan dinamika masyarakat yang kompleks tentu menjadi pekerjaan yang cukup berat bagi pemerintah sehingga pemerintah membutuhkan mitra dalam membantu tugas pemerintahan adapun unsur yang dibentuk yaitu Lembaga kemasyarakatan. Namun masih terbatasnya sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh Lembaga kemasyarakatan dalam membantu tugas pemerintah atau sebagai mitra pemerintah. Dari isu tersebut Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas Islam Riau (UIR) bekerjasama dengan Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) dan Pemerintah Mukim Yan District Negeri Kedah, Malaysia membuat program kegiatan dengan tema penguatan Lembaga kemasyarakatan dalam membatu tugas pemerintahan di Mukim Singkir Yan Kedah, malaysia. Kegiatan Pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dengan penyampaian materi tanya jawab, dan konsultasi. Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian bagi unsur pemerintah dan Lembaga kemasyarakatan yaitu membantu pemerintah dalam merumuskan program pengembangan Lembaga kemasyarakatan, manfaat bagi masyarakat yaitu masyarakat menjadi memahami keberadaan Lembaga kemayarakan sebagai wadah aspirasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan, sedangkan manfaat akademik yaitu dapat di integrasikan kedalam bahan ajar.
