Marjinalisasi Hak Reproduksi Perempuan Uighur di Republik Rakyat Cina (RRC) dalam Kerangka Analisis Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Abstrak
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perspektif hukum Hak Asasi Manusia serta kaitannya dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) mengenai kebijakan sterilisasi paksa yang diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Cina terhadap perempuan Uighur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang fokus mempelajari berbagai relevansinya dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) serta hukum Hak Asasi Manusia yang berkaitan dengan penerapan sterilisasi paksa Cina terhadap perempuan Uighur. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut, kebijakan sterilisasi paksa yang dilakukan pemerintah Cina telah bertentangan dengan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) pada Goals 3 dan 5 dan telah melanggar Hak Asasi Manusia.
This study aims to acknowledge the perspective of human rights law and its relation to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) regarding the forced sterilization policy implemented by the Chinese Government against Uighur women. The research method used is a qualitative method that focuses on studying its various relevance to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Human Rights law relating to China's implementation of forced sterilization of Uighur women. Based on this study, the forced sterilization policy carried out by the Chinese government has contradicted the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Goals 3 and 5 and has violated human rights.
