Digital transformation in the postal sector has changed the operation of postal service in the traditional sense by increasing efficiency, accuracy, and speed. Consequently, this research aims to demonstrate that digital technology is inclusive. That means anyone can operate it with the appropriate educational support. This research uses a qualitative method with an internet-based study. Then, Collecting data through indirect interviews and participant observation plays a vital role in helping researchers find answers regarding this problem. Research shows that applying digital technology in postal operational systems provides new opportunities for women to participate and develop in this industry. Overall, the researchers suggest emphasizing the importance of inclusive strategies and policies that support adopting digital technologies in postal services to ensure that women can experience the full benefits of digital transformation.
