PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN PERLINDUNGAN ANAK TERPADU BERBASIS MASYARAKAT (PATBM)DI KELURAHAN CIPAGERAN KOTA CIMAHI TAHUN 2017

Abstrak

Various data sources assert that violence against children and women in West Java is an iceberg phenomenon because actual cases occur and are not reported much more than cases reported. Cimahi Municipal Government recorded 21 cases of violence in children and women from January to July 2016. Based on this background, the universities need to participate in preventing violence in children through community service programs related to integrated community-based child protection (PATBM). PATBM  is also an activity that will be one of the flagship related to child protection issue in Cimahi City. This is in line with Unpad Community Service Road Map (PPM) where the issue of child protection is one part of developing a family culture and healthy children. Therefore, the strengthening of social capital in the form of a networking movement in the protection will be required by all regions in Indonesia. The methods used are counseling / socialization, distributing questionnaires for activies and discussions with stakeholders in the provision of child protection. Cimahi Municipal Government especially DinsosPMKBP3 and the community have positive response to this PPM activity and tried to integrate on their programs. Keywords: cimahi government, child protection, community based,
