Abstract. The diversity of cultural backgrounds in Indonesia is a national asset that must be preserved. When viewed from a positive perspective, the differences around us can be interpreted as beauty, reflecting strength and national identity through a multicultural society. But on the other hand, differences between one another can also cause social problems that lead to conflict. One of the triggers is ethnocentrism which is a belief that one’s own culture is superior compared to other cultures. If left ignored, this thinking pattern can escalate towards fundamentalism, which currently threatens Indonesian sovereignty. Pre-research shows that students, both in religious colleges and public universities, are vulnerable to the recruitment of radical movements. Campus organizations are no longer controlled by activists from mainstream organizations, but tend to be controlled by fundamentalists. The purpose of this community service is to instill forms of tolerance behavior and minimize ethnocentrism of high school students. The participants of this activity were students of SMAN Jatinangor, the majority of whom came from Sundanese ethnicity. This activity seeks to equip students with the basic concepts of cross-cultural communication so that students give up their dependence on their dominant culture and facilitate the process of adapting towards a university environment. The methods used are pre-test and post-test, training and workshops, focus group discussions, and practice. The results of this activity showed a significant positive change from cognitive, affective, and conative aspects, which was reflected in the enthusiasm and activity of participants in class and in the cultural festival
