The purpose of this article is to mapping the concept Digital Governance related to Good Governance by tracing the results of existing studies based on bibliometric mapping and systematic mapping, especially on research focus, research subjects and types of research. This study uses the VOSViewer method and systematic mapping studies (SMS). The mapping strategy was carried out by tracing 3 databases of electronic journals namely Scopus, Emerald and Sage journals Publications. There were 360 articles mapped by VOSViewer and as many as 598 articles were mapped and after screening, 31 articles were obtained. The findings on the VOSVIewer and SMS mapping able to he researchers to plan further research, because this research has the potential to find a research gap. The results of this study found that there are still several research studies that have the potential to become novelties and make new contributions to Digital Governance and Good Governance research. From the results of the mapping rsearcher’s founds that there were not much research directly linking Digital Governance and Good Governance. Likewise with the type and method of research used. Mix method and case study methods are still rarely  used. In addition, there is a gap in the type of do evaluation research with qualitative research methods, but there are still no researchers who have conducted it. This is a research gap and has the opportunity to become novelty in a study.
