PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP STRATEGI BISNIS HIJAU MELALUI DIGITAL TRANSFORMASI

Abstrak


Researchers have long recognized the significance of organizational culture shifts toward digital transformation and green business strategies. As a result, this research aims to determine how much organizational culture influences green business strategy through digital transformation. This study is based on a quantitative technique with a correlational design. A questionnaire was used to gather data from 108 university alumni 2000 respondents still working as employees or business owners. SEM-PLS analyzes the data by testing the outer and inner models. The results prove the theory. The results are 1) organizational culture has no impact on green organizational strategy. 2) Organizational culture has a large impact on digital change. 3). Digital transformation has a major impact on green business strategy. 4). Organizational culture significantly impacts green business strategy via digital transformation. The novel aspect of this study is that organizations must be able to change their culture in order to capitalize on the possibilities provided by digital transformation. As digitalization accelerates, digital transformation can assist businesses in implementing a green business.

Para peneliti telah lama menyadari pentingnya pergeseran budaya organisasi menuju transformasi digital dan strategi bisnis hijau. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap strategi bisnis hijau melalui transformasi digital. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teknik kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 108 responden alumni universitas Angkatan 2000 yang masih bekerja sebagai karyawan atau pemilik usaha. Hasilnya adalah 1). Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap strategi organisasi hijau; 2) Budaya organisasi berdampak besar pada perubahan digital; 3). Transformasi digital berdampak besar pada strategi bisnis hijau; 4). Budaya organisasi secara signifikan memengaruhi strategi bisnis hijau melalui transformasi digital. Aspek baru dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa organisasi harus mampu mengubah budaya mereka untuk memanfaatkan kemungkinan yang disediakan oleh transformasi digital. Seiring percepatan digitalisasi, transformasi digital dapat membantu bisnis dalam menerapkan bisnis hijau.
