ANALISIS KETAHANAN USAHA PADA USAHA MIKRO, KECIL, DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) KULINER DI KABUPATEN PANGANDARAN
Abstrak
Due to limited resources, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are very vulnerable to macroeconomic crises. This study aims to analyze business resilience in culinary MSMEs based on the theoretical concept approach of Knowledge-Based View (KBV). This study was conducted using a survey method. Respondents in this study were 88 culinary business owners in Pangandaran Regency. The SmartPLS application was used to analyze the data obtained using the structural equation model (SEM). The results of the study indicate that digital financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, and is in the medium category. Digital financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on business resilience and is in the high category. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant impact on business resilience and is in the high category. In addition, competitive advantage mediates the effect of digital financial literacy on business resilience positively and significantly and is in a low category. These results support the concept of the Knowledge-based view (KBV) theory, where this theory is proven to be relevant to the conditions of culinary MSMEs in Pangandaran Regency.
Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) sangat rentan terhadap krisis makroekonomi, karena keterbatasan sumber daya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaknti untuk menganalisis ketahanan bisnis pada UMKM kuliner berdasarkan pendekatan konsep teoritis Knowledge-Based View (KBV). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 responden yang merupakan pemilik usaha kuliner di Kabupaten Pangandaran. Aplikasi SmartPLS digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh menggunakan model equation struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan berada pada kategori sedang. Literasi keuangan digital berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap ketahanan usaha, dan berada pada kategori tinggi. Keunggulan bersaing berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap ketahanan usaha dan berada pada kategori tinggi. Selain itu, keunggulan kompetitif memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan digital terhadap ketahanan usaha secara positif dan signifikan serta berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil tersebut mendukung konsep teori Knowledge-based view (KBV), di mana teori ini terbukti relevan dengan kondisi UMKM kuliner di Kabupaten Pangandaran.
