PERBANDINGAN PENGARUH ANTARA SARI BUAH NENAS (Ananas comosus) MATANG DENGAN YANG MUDA TERHADAP TELUR INFEKTIF (IN VITRO) DAN LARVA Ascaris suum PADA MENCIT (Mus musculus)

Abstrak

A research has been done to investigate the compare of the influence between ripe pineapple (Ananas comosus) essence and unripe pineapple essence  on the infective eggs of Ascaris suum (in vitro) and its larvae in the in vivo research on white mice (Mus musculus). This experiment was arranged in completely randomized design with a factorial patterns, 2x5. The result showed that the essence of ripe and unripe pineapple have anthelmintic effect. The essence of unripe pineapple has more effective to kill infective eggs of A.suum on concentration of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% than that of ripe pineapple essence. While in the in vivo research the essence of unripe pineapple has more effective to kill larvae in white mice shown on the concentration of 30% and 40% than that of ripe pineapple essence. The optimum concentration of ripe pineapple essence which effectively to kill infective eggs is 30%, while the optimum concentration of ripe pineapple essence is 10%. On the otherhand, in the in vivo research   the optimum concentration of the ripe and unripe pineapple essence which effectively to kill larvae are shown 40%.
