INVENTARISASI JENIS BURUNG DI CAGAR ALAM PULAU DUA TELUK BANTEN, SERANG PROPINSI BANTEN

Abstrak

The research to know birds species diversity was being in Pulau Dua Nature Reserve, Serang. The identification used identification methods based on their morphology according to MacKinnon et.al., (1999). This research give the information that there are 72 species of birds was found in that nature reserve.  22 species of them was protected in Indonesia, including shorebirds species. One species was protected because it’s present in Indonesia (Zosterops flavus), one species was protected because was rare in Indonesia (Mycterea cinerea). Two species were protected belongs to the Appendix II Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species-CITES, they are Haliaeetus leucogaster and Haliastur Indus.
