Analisis bibliometrik terhadap theory of planned behavior pada bidang ilmu sosial

Abstract


Latar belakang: Theory of planned behavior merupakan teori objektif yang paling sering diimplementasikan pada riset mengenai perilaku, tetapi belum ada national roadmap penerapan theory of planned behavior di bidang ilmu sosial sebagai panduan pengkajian topik pada subjek tersebut. Tujuan: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan produktivitas tren perkembangan theory of planned behavior di bidang ilmu sosial pada tahun 2014-2023 dan didapatkan sebanyak 1.222 publikasi terindeks dalam layanan Scopus. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode bibliometrik berbasis Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer menganalisis tren tahun, sitasi tertinggi, penulis, institusi, dan negara paling produktif, serta kata kunci yang muncul (keyword map) melalui tujuh tahap meliputi developing research question, data sources, data collection, data processing, data analysis, interpretation of results, dan reporting. Hasil: Hasil penelitian secara holistik menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi sejak 2014-2023 mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan pada konteks studi persepsi dan berkembang cukup pesat di Benua Asia, Benua Amerika, Benua Eropa, dan Benua Australia. Secara kuantitas, Cina menjadi negara dan penulis paling produktif menerbitkan publikasi. Namun, secara kualitas, institusi di Amerika Serikat dinyatakan lebih produktif dan kajian sitasi paling banyak dirujuk berasal dari Belanda dibandingkan dengan Cina. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tren theory of planned behavior di bidang ilmu sosial menunjukkan kontribusi pada perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang disiplin ilmu terutama pada ilmu komunikasi dengan nilai keterbaruan.
