Polimorfisme Val66Met (rs6265) Gen BDNF sebagai Indikator Awal Depresi
Abstrak
Depresi merupakan salah satu penyebab utama disabilitas secara global. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu indikator awal yang dapat menilai risiko terjadinya depresi pada seseorang. Salah satu indikator yang dapat digunakan adalah polimorfisme gen. Dilakukan penelusuran pustaka menggunakan PubMed dan didapatkan 40 jurnal terkait polimorfisme gen dan depresi. Hasil penelusuran pustaka menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keragaman polimorfisme gen yang terkait dengan depresi di tiap negara. Ditemukan bahwa polimorfisme Val66Met (rs6265) di gen BDNF merupakan polimorfisme paling umum terkait dengan depresi.
