PERAN NUTRASETIKAL PADA KANKER PARU-PARU
Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Kanker paru-paru terjadi saat sel abnormal tumbuh pada jaringan paru-paru. Kanker paru-paru menjadi penyakit yang paling umum dalam menyebabkan kematian. Salah satu pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan pada kanker paru-paru adalah menggunakan nurtrasetikal. Nutrasetikal merupakan suatu nutrisi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu menjaga kesehatan dan mencegah timbulnya suatu penyakit. Tujuan dilakukan review artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui nutrasetikal apa saja yang dapat digunakan pada kanker paru-paru. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah cruciferous vegetable, bawang putih, kacang, kedelai, vitamin D dan minyak ikan memiliki kemampuan untuk menurunkan risiko kanker paru-paru dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat berbagai macam nutrasetikal yang memberikan manfaat pada kanker paru-paru

ABSTRACT
Lung cancer occurs when abnormal cell growth in lung tissue. Lung cancer becomes the most common disease in causing death. One prevention that can be done for lung cancer is using nutraceutical. Nutraceutical is a nutrient that can be used to help maintain health and prevent the onset of an illness. The purpose of this article review is to know what nutraceutical can be used in lung cancer. The results were obtained that cruciferous vegetable, garlic, nut, soy, vitamin D dan fish oil have the ability to lower the risk of lung cancer and improve the quality of life. It can be concluded that there are various kinds of nutraceutical that gives benefit for lung cancer.
