EFEKTIVITAS APLIKASI UNTUK GANGGUAN KESEHATAN MENTAL
Abstrak
Pelayanan untuk gangguan kesehatan mental pada Negara yang berpenghasilan rendah memiliki berbagai jenis hambatan seperti kurangnya sumber daya medis, kurangnya penyedia layanan kesehatan terkait dengan gangguan mental, minimnya biaya untuk berkonsultasi, dan jarak yang jauh. Perkembangan teknologi pada akhir tahun ini muncul banyak aplikasi kesehatan mental, dapat digunakan dengan telepon, tablet, dan lainnya yang berbasis pada jaringan seluler. Berbagai fungsional yang dipaparkan pada aplikasi ini menarik banyak minat untuk menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, sehingga perlu adanya bukti seperti uji klinis untuk membuktikan apakah aplikasi kesehatan mental efektif atau tidak untuk digunakan. Aplikasi kesehatan mental menargetkan untuk berbagai gangguan psikologis, yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan kognisi, pelatihan keterampilan, dukungan sosial, mengetahui gejala, dan pengumpulan data pasif dari pasien.
