Efektivitas Edukasi Daring dalam Terapi Warfarin terhadap Kepatuhan Pasien
Abstrak
Warfarin sebagai obat high-alert dan memiliki indeks terapi sempit memerlukan pemantauan dalam penggunaannya. Pengetahuan pasien mengenai terapi warfarin sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan dan kualitas hidup pasien salah satunya dengan tercapainya nilai INR yang direkomendasikan, yaitu 2,0-3,0. Salah satu inovasi dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien adalah dengan pendidikan daring kepada pasien tentang warfarin seperti pemberian informasi dalam bentuk video melalui perangkat. Tujuan review ini adalah untuk melihat efektivitas edukasi daring terapi warfarin terhadap kepatuhan pasien. Artikel diperoleh dari database PubMed dan google scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci effectiveness, online education, warfarin, dan patient adherence, serta artikel yang dimasukkan dalam review ini dipublikasikan dalam rentang waktu 2010-2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran diperoleh 64 artikel dan terdapat delapan artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan pasien rata-rata 90% setelah menerima inovasi pendidikan secara daring tentang terapi warfarin, namun perlu pertimbangan dari kelebihan dan kekurangan edukasi daring untuk implementasinya di Indonesia.
