SINERGISME FUNGI MIKORIZA ARBUSKULA DAN MYCORRHIZA HELPER BACTERIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN STABILITAS AGREGAT TANAH, PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN KENTANG PADA TAKARAN BAHAN ORGANIK BERBEDA

Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) and Mycorrhiza Helper Bacteria (MHB) has respectively external hypha and secondary metabolite substance to improve soil fertilit, and plant yield. The research to get MHB that synergis with AMF to enhance soil aggregate stability , N and P Absorption, and yield of potato crops was held at  Sreen House of Potato Seedling at Kayu Ambon Lembang  from April to August 2012. The experimental design used was completely randomized design with factorial pattern and 3 replication. The firts factor were  ho = with out inoculation, h1 = Glomus sp., h2 = P. diminuta, h3 = Glomus sp. + P. diminuta. The second factor were  oo = 0 t ha‾¹, o1 = 10 t ha‾¹, o2 = 20 t ha‾¹, o3 = 30 t ha‾¹ . Parameter evaluated were soil aggregate stability, root infection degree, N and P absorption, and tuber weight. The result showed dual inoculation of Glomus sp + P.diminuta applied with organic matter  30 t ha‾¹ increased ISA  13,71 % with amount 19,35, but not influence on N absorption. Inoculation P. diminuta with organic matter 10 t ha‾¹ gave P absorption with P leaf concentration middle category. Inoculation of Glomus sp applied with organic matter 10 t ha‾¹ resulted root infection degree 32 %. Inoculation of Glomus sp + P. diminuta  accompanied by organic matter did not increase potato yield.
