Model Kolaborasi Dokter, Apoteker dan Direktur terhadap Peningkatan Efektivitas Teamwork di Rumah Sakit

Abstract


Kolaborasi dokter dan apoteker sangat penting dalam suatu pemberian pengobatan kepada pasien. Kolaborasi meliputi suatu pertukaran pandangan atau ide yang memberikan perspektif kepada seluruh kolaborator. Agar hubungan kolaborasi dapat optimal, semua anggota profesi harus mempunyai keinginan untuk bekerjasama. Apoteker dan dokter harus merencanakan dan bekerja sebagai kolega, bekerja saling melengkapi dalam batas-batas lingkup praktik dengan berbagai nilai, etika dan pengetahuan. Peran direktur dalam kerjasama dokter dan apoteker adalah dalam hal pengambilan keputusan bahwa pengobatan di rumah sakit diputuskan secara bersama antara profesi kesehatan (dokter dan apoteker). Penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experimental design dengan menggunakan pretest-post test control group design, dengan analisis uji komparasi t-berpasangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2012 hingga Februari 2013. Hasil uji paired t-test menunjukkan bahwa variabel efektivitas teamwork untuk Rumah Sakit M. M. Dunda mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan (p=0,038) yang artinya model kolaborasi 3 pihak (dokter-apoteker-direktur) dapat meningkatkan efektivitas teamwork. Model kolaborasi 3 pihak dapat meningkatkan hubungan dokter-apoteker di rumah sakit. Direktur rumah sakit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen antarprofesi kesehatan di rumah sakit. Direktur mampu menjadi inspirasi dalam bekerja dan menentukan arah dan tujuan untuk peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Oleh sebab itu, model kolaborasi 3 pihak (dokter-apoterker-direktur) dapat meningkatkan kualitas hubungan antara profesi dokter dan apoteker.

Collaboration of Physician, Pharmacist and Director Model toward the Improvement of Teamwork Effectiveness in Hospital

Collaboration of physicians and pharmacists is very important in providing treatment to patients. Collaboration includes an exchange of views or ideas that give perspective to all collaborators. In order to make collaborative relationship optimal, all members of the different professions should have a desire to cooperate. Pharmacists and physicians should plan and practice as colleagues, work interdependence within the limits of the scope of practice with a variety of values and knowledge. The role of director in cooperation between doctor and pharmacist takes decision-making which refers to treatment of patients to be decided together between health professionals (physician and pharmacist). The study was a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test-post-test control group design, using paired t-test analysis. The study was conducted from October 2012 until February 2013. The paired t-test results showed that the variable of teamwork effectiveness in M. M. Dunda Hospital increased significantly (p=0.038), which means that the three-party (physician-pharmacist-director) collaboration model may increase teamwork effectiveness. Three-party collaboration model can improve physician-pharmacist relationship in the hospital. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees’ organizational commitment. Director can be an inspiration in the work and determine the direction and goals of the organization. Therefore, the three-party (physician-pharmacist-director) collaboration model can improve the quality of the relationship between the two professions, physician and pharmacist.
