PROGRAM PELATIHAN DIVERSITAS DISABILITAS BAGI PEGAWAI GUNA MENCIPTAKAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA YANG INKLUSIF
Abstrak
Penyandang disabilitas memiliki tantangan khusus untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu perusahaan-perusahaan yang mempekerjakan pegawai disabilitas perlu membuat program inklusif yang terkait dengan peningkatan kinerja pegawai disabilitas. Pada umumnya salah satu aspek penting di dalam program inklusi adalah pelatihan bagi setiap pegawai baik penyandang disabilitas maupun bukan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelatihan sebagai salah satu aspek yang menambah keterampilan dan kinerja pegawai disabilitas dalam perusahaan. Sekaligus melatih pegawai non disabilitas agar dapat menerima dan tidak berprasangka negatif kepada pegawai disabilitas. Adapun konsep yang mau dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah program pelatihan diversitas. Pengumpulan data mengenai program pelatihan serta peningkatan kinerja pegawai disabilitas dalam kajian ini diteliti menggunakan metode studi literatur. Peneliti menggunakan berbagai sumber referensi seperti artikel, jurnal, dan dokumen terkait. Peneliti mengumpulkan artikel-artikel terkait sebagai referensi penelitian dengan menggunakan kriteria program inklusif. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa aspek pelatihan memberi dampak bagi kinerja pegawai disabilitas dan penerimaannya di lingkungan kerja.
People with disabilities are facing special challenges in adapting to the work environment. Therefore, inclusive programs related to improving the performance of employees with disabilities need to be implemented by companies that employ disabled people. In general, one of the important aspects of an inclusion program is training for every employee, whether disabled or not. This research focuses on training as an aspect that increases the skills and performance of employees with disabilities. At the same time non-disabled employees need training to be able to accept and not have negative prejudice towards disabled employees. The concept to be developed in this research is a diversity training program. Data collection regarding training programs and improving the performance of employees with disabilities in this study was researched using the literature study method. Researchers use various reference sources such as articles and related documents. This research explains that the training aspect has an impact on the performance of employees with disabilities and their acceptance in the work environment.
