The vision of the Jurnal kultivasi is to become a journal in the field of agronomy that provides valid, superior, and up-to-date information. The purpose of this journal is to provide valid and up-to-date information from the author to the journal's readers.

 

JOURNAL HISTORY

 

Jurnal kultivasi was published in 2000 by the Department of Agricultural Cultivation, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran using print publishing and obtained a p-ISSN in 2007. During its journey, Jurnal kultivasi was managed jointly with the Indonesian Agronomy Association (PERAGI), the West Java regional commissariat. This collaboration had stopped for several years, then resumed in 2019.

 

Jurnal kultivasi was subsequently published online starting in 2013 using the Open Journal System (OJS) with free access, with a frequency of publication 2 times a year. In 2014, this journal only publishes 1 issue a year due to the lack of proper manuscripts to be published, then in 2015 it republished 2 times a year. Since 2016 until now, Jurnal kultivasi are published 3 times a year to facilitate the number of articles that deserve to be published in Jurnal kultivasi.

Since 2014, Jurnal kultivasi has involved editors from outside the University of Padjadjaran, both from research centers and from universities, such as from Balai Besar Padi, Bandung Institute of Technology, Bogor Agricultural Institute, Sebelas Maret University, Singaperbangsa University, Winaya Mukti University, and Universitas Padjadjaran. General Sudirman. Most of the editors have published articles in reputable international journals. This is done to improve the quality of published articles. Likewise with reviewers who have involved reviewers from outside the University of Padjadjaran, such as from UIN Sunan Gunung Djati, Center for Rice, Tjut Nyak Dhien University, Cereal Crops Research Institute, Islamic University of North Sumatra, Bogor Agricultural Institute, Bandung Institute of Technology, Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University. , Research Institute for Spices and Medicinal Plants, and Universitas Brawijaya.
