Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup

Lopian is a national scale journal covering the study of social sciences and the humanities. This journal focuses on gender issues, community empowerment, institutions and public administration, local government systems and public health. Jurnal Lopian will publish the selected Articles under a Lisensi Creative Commons Atribusi-BerbagiSerupa 4.0 Internasional. Topics covered in journals pay special attention, but are not limited to:

  1. Social, topics that discuss the relationship between people and inter-existing institutions to realize the involvement of harmony and improvement a quality of life
  2. Politics, topics that explore the relationships between people and groups that aim to take power
  3. Economics, topics that explore the human effort of either individuals or groups to sustain life andwelfare
  4. Culture, topics  that explore the habits and are maintained to characterize the identity of a group of people

Proses Peer Review

Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double Blind Preview Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month for a maximum time. In the each manuscript, Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. Mitra Bebestari/ peer reviewer that collaboration with Jurnal Sosiohumaniora: Jurnal Ilmu-ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora  is a national scale journal covering the study of social sciences and the humanities. This journal focuses on gender issues, community empowerment, institutions and public administration, local government systems and public health. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by editorial staff. Those Manuscript evaluated by editors to be inappropiate to journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. Manuscript evaluated to be of potential interest to our readership are sent to double bilnd reviewers. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer's recommendation from among several possibilities : rejected, revision required, or accepted.

The editor has the right to decide which manuscripts submitted to the journal should be published. Review Process :

  1. Author submit the manuscript 
  2. Editor Evaluation (some manuscript are rejected or returned before the review process) 
  3. Double Bind peer review process 
  4. Editor Decision 
  5. Confirmation to the author
