Capaian pembelajaran skill lab daring pada mahasiswa program pendidikan sarjana kedokteran gigi Indonesia pada masa pandemi COVID-19: studi deskriptif
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: COVID-19 ditetapkan sebagai kasus darurat kesehatan masyarakat umum, sehingga seluruh kegiatan belajar mengajar wajib menggunakan metoda dalam jaringan(daring) atau online. Kondisi ini mempengaruhi strategi pembelajaran beserta capaian pembelajaran (CPL) yang wajib terpenuhi oleh Mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi, terutama dalam hal kegiatan keterampilan laboratorium(skill lab). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui CPL skill lab yang dilakukan secara daring oleh mahasiswa S1 FKG di Indonesia di masa pandemi COVID berdasarkan indikator CPL skill lab dan High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) dari Taksonomi Bloom. Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik sampling Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Terdapat 164 responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria restriksi dari 10 Universitas untuk populasi mahasiswa sebesar 1735 mahasiswa program pendidikan sarjana fakultas kedokteran gigi. Alat ukur yang digunakan kuesioner evaluasi CPL skill lab daring, disebar secara online menggunakan platform google form. Data diuji menggunakan analisis univariat untuk mengetahui deskripsi serta distribusi frekuensi variabel pada penelitian Hasil: sebagian besar indikator CPL skill lab dengan tuntutan penguasaan keterampilan mahasiswa, rata-rata masih menunjukkan respon mampu dan ragu-ragu, sedangkan indikator CPL skill lab dengan tuntutan penguasaan teori rata-rata mahasiswa menunjukkan respon mampu dan sangat mampu. Simpulan: CPL skill lab daring terkait penguasaan teori lebih baik daripada penguasaan keterampilan pada mahasiswa program pendidikan sarjana Kedokteran Gigi Indonesia di masa pandemi COVID-19.

Online skill lab training during COVID-19 pandemic in different dental schools in Indonesia: descriptive study
ABSTRACT
Introduction: COVID-19 is a general public health emergency. This situation required all teaching and learning activities to be conducted through online methods. The learning strategies and learning outcomes utcomes (LO) regarding laboratory skills activities (skill labs) were also affected. The objective of this research was to find out the online skill lab LO evaluation based on the LO Skill Lab and High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) indicators from Bloom's Taxonomy. Methods: This research was a descriptive study with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. According to the restriction criteria, 164 respondents were obtained from 10 universities, with a total of 1735 undergraduate dental students. The Google Forms platform was used to distribute an online questionnaire for the online skill lab LO evaluation. The data were tested using univariate analysis to determine the description and distribution of the frequency of the variables in the study. Results: Most of the online Skill Lab LO indicators requiringmastery of student skills, still show ‘capable’ and ‘doubtful’ responses. In contrast, the online Skill Lab LO indicators on the ability of theory on average students show ‘capable’ and ‘competent' responses. Conclusion: The online skill lab learning outcome evaluation regarding theory mastery was better than skill mastery among undergraduate dental students in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic.
