MENINGKATKAN PEREKONOMI MASYARAKAT DENGAN KARAOKET SEAFOOD

Abstrak

Indonesia is a country rich in diverse marine resources, which contain very high nutrition. But there are still many people who do not like the various types of seafood. So that the processing of seafood must be made as attractive as possible so that people are interested in tasting it. Many Cadres at Hegar Manah Village, Kec. Jatinangor is seller of simple snacks.  The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge and skills of cadres in Sukawening through training in the manufacture, packaging and sale of Karaoket Seafood Jaman Now and apply GMP, as well as training in calculating the cost of production. So that in the end it is expected to be able to encourage an increase in the economy of the community in Hegar Manah Village. The method used is the method of andragogy training. The results of this study indicate that 75% of cadre mothers in Hegar Manah Village  give a positive attitude to run this seafood package business.
