PENINGKATAN MINAT PEMUDA BERAGRIBISNIS MELALUI RE-INTRODUKSI INFORMASI PADI PANDANWANGI DI KECAMATAN WARUNGKONDANG KABUPATEN CIANJUR

Abstrak

Growing the interest of the younger generation in the field of agriculture is very urgent. This effort will be very meaningful towards the sustainability of the agricultural sector, which will ultimately determine the resilience and food sovereignty of the nation and determine the growth of industry based on agricultural resources. Introducing the younger generation to the latest technologies in agriculture and their accompanying paradigms is expected to increase interest. PPM activities in this location are carried out to foster the interest of the younger generation towards businesses in the field of agribusiness, particularly related to superior local potential and owned by farmers in Cianjur, in this case pandanwangi rice. Furthermore, this activity seeks to dynamize the younger generation and youth groups as a forum for joint movement in increasing the efforts of the younger generation in the field of agribusiness. Considering that the younger generation is faced with a choice of other professions which in the short term appear more promising, the development of the creative community is expected to be a means of sharing among young people related to their business development in the field of agribusiness.
