METODE COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT) PADA PELAYANAN TRAUMA HEALING PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA PADA ANAK YANG MENGALAMI PTSD DI DESA MANGUNKERTA KECAMATAN CUGENANG KABUPATEN CIANJUR
Abstrak
Bencana alam dapat menimbulkan dampak psikologis serius, terutama pada anak-anak yang rentan mengalami Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan menurunkan gejala PTSD pada anak melalui pendekatan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) yang terstruktur serta memperkuat dukungan keluarga, guru, dan komunitas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan kerangka PRISMA, mulai dari identifikasi masalah, analisis sistem, perancangan program, implementasi, hingga evaluasi. Intervensi dilakukan melalui sesi terapi kelompok dan individual dengan dukungan Pentahelix (Akademisi, Business, Community, Government, Media). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan gejala PTSD, seperti berkurangnya mimpi buruk, kecemasan, dan kesulitan interaksi, disertai peningkatan regulasi emosi, keberanian mengekspresikan diri, serta motivasi belajar. Keberhasilan program diperkuat oleh keterlibatan orang tua, guru, dan komunitas sebagai sistem pendukung anak.
Kesimpulannya, CBT efektif dalam menurunkan gejala PTSD dan meningkatkan resiliensi anak. Program ini juga mendukung capaian MBKM dan IKU perguruan tinggi. Rekomendasi ke depan adalah replikasi di wilayah terdampak bencana lain dengan dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah dan komunitasKata Kunci
