IDENTIFIKASI PENYEBAB PENYAKIT LAPUK AKAR DAN PANGKAL BATANG (LAPB) TEBU DI PT GUNUNG MADU PLANTATIONS LAMPUNG TENGAH

Abstrak

A survey was carried out to find out the cause of lapuk akar and pangkal batang disease on sugar cane at the plantation of PT Gunung Madu Plantations (GMP), Lampung Tengah. The research was used survey methods with colected plant sample which symptomp of LAPB from area sugar cane plant at PT GMP. The disease signs were observed macroscopically as well as microscopically. Koch’s postulat Koch was also applied. It was concluded that the cause of LAPB disisease was  Xylaria sp.
