DEKAPSULASI EMBRIO IKAN MAS (Cyprinus carpio L.) UNTUK UJI SITOLOGIK IN VITRO

Abstrak


This research purpose to get information about trypsine effect to common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) embryo decapsulation. Embryo is immerse in trypsine with various concentration 0,10%, 0,25%, 0,50%, 0,75%, I,oo%, 1,25%, 1,50%, 1,75% and 2,00% as treatment and immerse in MSS (Modified Steinberg’ s Solution) as control. Embryo decapsulation determine by observing embryo secretion from its slime membrane. The result show that trypsine with concentration range 0,10% - 2,00% can solved slime membrane of the embryo and caused embryo decapsulation. Moreover trypsine concentration within 0,10% - 2,00% influence decapsulation linear speed with analogical Y = 66,5754 – 22,987X (p≤ 0,05)
