Focus and Scope

The major focus of CNA is to publish articles in the area of material chemistry, environmental chemistry, chemical separation and analysis, natural product and synthetic organic chemistry, biotechnology & biomolecular sciences and other topic that are highly related to chemical sciences. The journal publishes 3 times every years on April, August and December.

Peer Review Process

  • The research article submitted to CNA will be peer-reviewed by two reviewers. We use a single-blind peer-review process. 
  • The accepted research articles will be available online (free download) following the journal peer-reviewing process. The final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to Reviewers comments. Both Indonesian and English are used in CNA.
  • The decision made for the article is the result of the Editorial Board’s agreement based on the suggestions proposed by the reviewer and the a single-blind peer-review process.
  • Plagiarism scanning will be conducted with the help of Anti-Plagiarism Software.
  • All articles in CNA are published under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.


 

Open Access Policy

Authors who publish with Jurnal Chimica et Natura Acta (CNA) agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright: Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

  2. License: This license permits others to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the material for any purpose, even commercially, provided they give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and license their new creations under the identical terms.

  3. Additional Distribution: Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
