STRATEGI TEKNOLOGI INOVASI KEBIJAKAN PENDAFTARAN DOKUMEN KEPENDUDUKAN MELALUI WA (PANDAWA) DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG
Abstrak
This research is entitled "Innovation Technology Strategy for Population Document Registration Policy Through WA (Pandawa) in Bandung Regency". To be able to understand the Pandawa policy innovation technology strategy, the author uses the theory of Jean Eric Aubert who says to be able to succeed in a policy innovation, a technology strategy is needed which consists of selecting the technology used and its use in disseminating the diffusion of information to the public. The results show that the Pandawa policy innovation technology strategy has not run optimally. This is because the use of the Whatsapp application is not in accordance with the needs of the Bandung Regency community. The author's suggestion so that Pandawa policy innovation can achieve the desired goal is to review the use of Whatsapp in the service of population documents. Will Whatsapp continue to be used or reduce the types of existing services and use other technologies such as websites and applications.
Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Teknologi Inovasi Kebijakan Pendaftaran Dokumen Kependudukan Melalui WA (Pandawa) di Kabupaten Bandung”. Untuk dapat memahami strategi teknologi inovasi kebijakan Pandawa penulis menggunakan teori dari Jean Eric Aubert yang mengatakan untuk dapat mensukseskan sebuah inovasi kebijakan diperlukan strategi teknologi yang terdiri dari pemilihan teknologi yang digunakan dan penggunaannya dalam melakukan diseminasi difusi informasi kepada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan strategi teknologi inovasi kebijakan Pandawa belum berjalan dengan optimal. Hal tersebut disebabkan penggunaan aplikasi Whatsapp kurang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung. Saran penulis agar inovasi kebijakan Pandawa dapat mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan adalah meninjau ulang penggunaan Whatsapp dalam pelayanan dokumen kependudukan. Apakah Whatsapp akan tetap digunakan ataukah mengurangi jenis layanan yang ada dan menggunakan teknologi lain misalnya website dan aplikasi.
