Pemodelan Gerak Orbit Planet secara Komputasi Menggunakan Matlab

Abstract


Hukum Kepler menyebutkan bahwa bentuk lintasan planet pada umumnyaberbentuk elips dengan eksentrisitas tertentu. Studi ini berfokus pada pembandingan dan penggunaan metode komputasi pada planet dan hasilnya. Metode yang lebih baik digunakan untuk variasi kecepatan dan pemodelan gerak planet. Dari dua metode yang digunakan; Euler dan Runge-Kutta orde 4; diperoleh metode Runge-Kutta lebih baik dalam hal kecepatan dan keakuratan. Step optimal diperoleh dengan besar 0.002. Orbit planet Terrestrial berhasil dimodelkan dan variasi kecepatan bumi yang memenuhi hukum Kepler berada dalam rentang 1.0π - 2.0π AU / tahun.
