Jurnal Ilmu dan Inovasi Fisika (JIIF) is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of all manuscripts submitted for publication. All submitted manuscripts are routinely screened for plagiarism and textual similarity using Turnitin as part of the initial editorial screening process. The screening is conducted before a manuscript is considered for peer review.
The similarity report generated by Turnitin is reviewed by the Editorial Team to identify substantial similarities, inappropriate reuse of text, or other forms of potential plagiarism. The similarity score is used as a screening indicator and is not considered the sole basis for determining whether plagiarism has occurred. The Editorial Team also considers the context and sources of the identified similarities. If substantial similarity or suspected plagiarism is identified, the Editorial Team may request clarification or revision from the authors, reject the manuscript, or take other appropriate action in accordance with JIIF's Publication Ethics and relevant academic integrity principles. Plagiarism screening may also be conducted at other stages of the editorial and publication process when considered necessary. By submitting a manuscript to JIIF, authors confirm that the submitted work is original and has not been plagiarized or improperly reproduced from other sources. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all sources and previously published materials are appropriately acknowledged and cited
