Abstrak

Digital transformation at the village level is one of the efforts to increase the efficiency of public services, accelerate access to information, and encourage local economic growth through the use of technology. However, the success of digital transformation is highly dependent on visionary and adaptive leadership. Leaders who understand technology and can inspire their community will play a key role in directing change, ensuring digital inclusivity, and overcoming challenges such as infrastructure and digital literacy gaps. This study examines the success of Pleret Village’s digital transformation, which has been running sustainably and has achieved various milestones. This study employs qualitative methods, utilizing both primary and secondary data. The study's results indicate that the success of digital leadership at the village level is underpinned by leaders' skills related to digital knowledge and expertise. However, not only digital skills, but also managerial skills, such as creating planning strategies, strengthening regulations, and fostering innovation, determine success.
