MEMBANGUN MODEL EKONOMI DALAM RESTRUKTURISASI ORGANISASI PADA BADAN PENGELOLA KEUANGAN DAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH KOTA CIREBON

Abstrak


Penelitian ini berfokus pada restrukturisasi organisasi di Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah (BPKPD) Kota Cirebon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan restrukturisasi organisasi pada BPKPD Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berjenis eksplanatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 38 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4 untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pegawai terhadap restrukturiasi organisasi pada BPKPD Kota Cirebon dalam kategori baik. Terdapat beberapa indikator yang perlu diperhatikan untuk ditingkatkan yaitu sumber daya organisasi yang cukup, perencanaan anggaran yang tepat dan efisien, penempatan pegawai sesuai kualifikasi, kesesuaian prosedur kerja dengan kondisi operasional organisasi, serta jabatan fungsional sesuai dengan kebutuhan. 

 

This research focuses on organizational restructuring at the Cirebon City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD). This study aims to examine the organizational restructuring at BPKPD Cirebon. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach. The sample in this study consist of 38 respondents, determined using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire which was analyzed by the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS 4 to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results indicate that employees’ perceptions of organizational restructuring at BPKPD Cirebon were in the good category. There are several indicators that need to be considered to be improved, including adequate organizational resources, accurate and efficient budget planning, employee placement according to qualifications, alignment of work procedures with the operational conditions of the organization, and functional positions that match organizational needs.
